At Ascension, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached and items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your inbox for a seamless return experience.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original box or mailer, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
